MMA

John “Big Dog” Bryant is a professional MMA fighter.  He resides in Newport, NC and has lived in Carteret County most of his life.  He is an accomplished fighter in the cage and is also a patient and helpful instructor.  He is a former amateur middleweight title holder for the AFL (Amateur Fight League).  John has been actively involved with the martial arts for 15 years.  He trains in Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling.  The “Big Dog” currently travels up and down the east coast when he is offered a fight.  John has high hopes for his professional MMA career as a fighter and an instructor.  He is excited about teaching others what he knows and is a great asset to Elite Martial Arts Academy.

We are currently pre-registering students for the MMA program.  Classes starting on Wednesday July 7th and will meet on Wednesdays & Fridays at 7:30pm.
